1. Assist in logistical management using SAP, including the creation and launch of subcontractor purchase orders and execution of SAP operations upon order receipt.
2. Create manufacturing orders from development.
3. Manage SAP operations for after-sales service, disassembly, and assembly.
4. Control the entry and exit of internal and external raw materials.
5. Manage and track internal and external flows, including after-sales service, stock consignments, disassemblies, and collaborations with suppliers and subcontractors.
6. Monitor worker hours and alert in case of overtime.
7. Classify and organize product files.
8. Assist in metal management, ensuring compliance with management control rules.
9. Aid in the allocation of metals, castings, and fittings to jewelers.
10. Participate in the management of internal and external stone flows in collaboration with the stone logistics team.
11. Manage workshop supply procurement.

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent with a focus on logistics.
2. Ideally, previous successful experience in the luxury sector.
3. Proficiency in English.

4. Interest in the jewelry industry.
5. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
