- Participate in adapting guidelines and coordinate the operational implementation of in-store animations.
- Identify and collaborate with external service providers.
- Coordinate with stores and Area Managers in Wholesale zones.
- Contribute to the development of internal and external partnerships, participating in the planning and operational execution of associated events.
- Coordinate Trade Marketing actions and animations with partner department stores.
- Develop post-event reports to evaluate impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide operational support in implementing bespoke treatments for VIC clients throughout the year.
- Design and manage organizational tools for Haute Joaillerie week.
- Manage the operational preparation of client treatments before and during events.
- Coordinate transportation bookings for VIC clients.
- Ensure coordination with the event agency handling client treatments.
- Conduct competitive intelligence on other luxury houses and analyze their initiatives.
- Draft newsletters for Retail teams to inform them of trends and best practices.
- Produce regular reports on global actions undertaken.
- Support budget tracking for events.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School or University with a specialization in Marketing and/or Event Management.
- First experience in retail and event management is highly appreciated.
- Meticulous, organized, and responsive with the ability to manage priorities in a challenging and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, artistic sensitivity, and a passion for the jewelry universe.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural affinity for client relations.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
Entry-level position, ideal for candidates with initial experience in retail and event management.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
