- Optimize sales and achieve targets in alignment with boutique objectives and guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist clients in their purchasing journey, enhancing up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Organize boutique activities to maximize efficiency.
- Recruit and cultivate new clientele.
- Motivate and coordinate team members to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain the boutique's appearance and service excellence.
- Assist the Boutique Manager in developing team skills and managing daily operations.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within luxury sales.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
