Chaumet Assistant Store Manager

- Achieve individual and collective sales targets to contribute to the store's commercial success.
- Actively develop the client database through the creation, consultation, and updating of client profiles and establishing new partnerships.
- Foster customer loyalty through targeted actions aligned with company events and activations.
- Represent Chaumet's heritage and values, delivering the brand experience to clients in accordance with the House's sales ceremony principles.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure effective recruitment and talent management within the sales team.
- Support the sales team's performance through regular coaching and monitoring.
- Facilitate staff development through performance discussions, training plans, and motivation strategies.
- Prepare weekly schedules for the team.
- Ensure compliance with all Group, House, and Boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Strictly adhere to current regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Assist in drafting boutique reports and oversee supply and administration in the Store Manager's absence.
- Support the Store Manager in defining, implementing, and monitoring action plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Propose local marketing actions to enhance store visibility and implement customer loyalty and retention strategies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury and/or jewelry industry.
- At least 2 years of higher education.

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience in the luxury and/or jewelry sector, with proven sales expertise and potential involvement in high jewelry events.
Minimum of 2 years of higher education.
