1. Provide support for multisourcing projects, including preparing launch dossiers and ensuring the availability and quality control of reference pieces.
2. Validate manufacturing costs through analysis and negotiation of quotations.
3. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on visual management and project tracking enhancements.
4. Assist in project management under the guidance of the Multisourcing Manager, coordinating with suppliers and project stakeholders.
5. Update and maintain information in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
6. Monitor supplier performance using Power BI.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
2. Strong product sensitivity and a keen interest in change management.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power BI.
2. Familiarity with PLM tools and SAP is advantageous.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
4. Excellent organizational, dynamic, and meticulous work ethic.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with minimal experience.
