Chaumet Assistant Project Manager in High Jewelry Development

- Support High Jewelry Development Project Managers in coordinating product development from marketing brief to piece delivery.
- Conduct risk analysis, feasibility studies, and compile quotations.
- Analyze costs and conduct comparative studies.
- Prepare project launch dossiers for suppliers.
- Manage supplier feedback on aesthetic corrections and throughout development.
- Update dashboards, monitor delivery dates, and track production milestones.
- Coordinate and support the design of bespoke sales displays.
- Assist in the creation of marketing tools, including technical information and resizing.
- Provide occasional support to the Manufacturing Coordinator in order processing, SAP coding, and supplier follow-ups.
- Draft user manuals, 'savoir-faire' books, and technical sheets upon piece availability.
- Update databases and archive documentation.
- Assist in organizing meetings and drafting meeting minutes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business (specializing in purchasing, marketing), Engineering, or equivalent university degree.
- Fluency in English is essential.
