1. Support High Jewelry Development Project Managers in coordinating product development from marketing brief to piece delivery.
2. Conduct risk analysis, feasibility studies, and compile quotations.
3. Analyze costs and conduct comparative studies.
4. Prepare project launch dossiers for suppliers.
5. Manage supplier feedback on aesthetic corrections and throughout development.
6. Update dashboards, monitor delivery dates, and track production milestones.
7. Coordinate and support the design of bespoke sales displays.
8. Assist in the creation of marketing tools, including technical information and resizing.
9. Provide occasional support to the Manufacturing Coordinator in order processing, SAP coding, and supplier follow-ups.
10. Draft user manuals, 'savoir-faire' books, and technical sheets upon piece availability.
11. Update databases and archive documentation.
12. Assist in organizing meetings and drafting meeting minutes.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business (specializing in purchasing, marketing), Engineering, or equivalent university degree.
2. Fluency in English is essential.
