- Assist in the coordination of high jewelry product development from marketing brief to product delivery.
- Conduct risk analysis, feasibility studies, and compile quotations.
- Perform cost analysis and comparative studies.
- Prepare project launch documentation for suppliers.
- Manage supplier feedback on aesthetic corrections throughout the development process.
- Update dashboards and monitor delivery dates and production milestones.
- Coordinate and support the design of bespoke sales cases.
- Support the creation of marketing tools, including technical and craftsmanship information.
- Provide occasional support to the Manufacturing Coordinator with order tracking, SAP coding, and supplier follow-ups.
- Draft user manuals, 'savoir-faire' books, and technical sheets upon product availability.
- Maintain and update databases and archive documentation.
- Assist in organizing meetings and drafting meeting minutes.
- Bachelor's degree +4/+5 in business school (specializing in purchasing, marketing), engineering school, or equivalent university degree.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, availability, and meticulousness skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong sense of initiative and autonomy.
- Teamwork and service-oriented mindset.
- Product sensitivity is beneficial.
Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with minimal professional experience.
