Chaumet Assistant Project Manager, High Jewelry Development

- Assist Project Managers in coordinating product development from marketing brief to product delivery.
- Conduct risk analysis, feasibility studies, and compile quotations.
- Perform cost analysis and comparative studies.
- Prepare project launch dossiers for suppliers.
- Coordinate supplier feedback on aesthetic corrections throughout development.
- Update dashboards, monitor delivery dates and manufacturing milestones.
- Inform, coordinate, and follow up with various development process stakeholders.
- Support the design of bespoke sales cases.
- Assist in creating marketing tools, including know-how and technical information.
- Provide occasional support to the Fabrication Coordinator for order tracking and SAP coding.
- Draft instruction manuals, know-how books, and technical sheets upon product availability.
- Update databases and archive documentation.
- Assist in organizing meetings and drafting meeting minutes.
- Bachelor's degree +4/+5 in business school (specializing in purchasing, marketing), engineering school, or equivalent university degree.
- Organizational skills, availability, and meticulousness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Product sensitivity.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
