1. Assist Project Managers in coordinating product development from marketing brief to product delivery.
2. Conduct risk analysis, feasibility studies, and compile quotations.
3. Perform cost analysis and comparative studies.
4. Prepare project launch dossiers for suppliers.
5. Coordinate supplier feedback on aesthetic corrections throughout development.
6. Update dashboards, monitor delivery dates and manufacturing milestones.
7. Inform, coordinate, and follow up with various development process stakeholders.
8. Support the design of bespoke sales cases.
9. Assist in creating marketing tools, including know-how and technical information.
10. Provide occasional support to the Fabrication Coordinator for order tracking and SAP coding.
11. Draft instruction manuals, know-how books, and technical sheets upon product availability.
12. Update databases and archive documentation.
13. Assist in organizing meetings and drafting meeting minutes.

1. Bachelor's degree +4/+5 in business school (specializing in purchasing, marketing), engineering school, or equivalent university degree.

6. Fluent in English.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
