Chaumet Assistant Project Manager for Due Diligence Processes and Tools

- Assist the Project Manager in implementing and optimizing due diligence tools and processes for the Watches & Jewelry division.
- Actively participate in analyzing business needs related to due diligence to propose innovative and suitable solutions.
- Contribute to defining and documenting due diligence processes, focusing on optimizing and automating repetitive tasks.
- Prepare and participate in coordination meetings with various stakeholders.
- Automate data collection, processing, and analysis for due diligence using tools like Excel (macros, VBA) and potentially other software solutions.
- Collect and analyze necessary data for due diligence, ensuring the quality and relevance of information.
- Establish regular reporting on project progress and performance indicators, automating their production as much as possible.
- Monitor the implementation of due diligence tools, particularly Aprovall & Sedex, and participate in their configuration and optimization.
- Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of due diligence processes and automate their monitoring.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing tools and processes by proposing innovative solutions and automating manual tasks.
- Higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Finance, Audit, Risk Management, IT, or equivalent.
- First experience (internship or apprenticeship) in due diligence, compliance, audit, or process automation is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, especially macros, with advanced expertise in task automation (VBA, Power Query, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of due diligence tools, ideally Aprovall.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and rigor.
- Autonomy and ability to work in a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Interest in process automation and optimization.
Entry-level position, suitable for candidates with initial experience in due diligence, compliance, audit, or process automation.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Audit, Risk Management, IT, or equivalent.
