Chaumet Assistant Project Manager, Care Services

- Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects to enhance the Care Services activity and improve customer experience.
- Ensure data reliability and consistency through Power BI, supporting continuous service improvement.
- Develop and optimize Power BI reports for precise tracking of service volumes, timelines, and performance.
- Collect, analyze, and monitor KPIs based on reconciled and reliable data.
- Lead and collaborate on projects with IT and Operational Performance teams to optimize Data BI tools and processes.
- Actively contribute to CSR initiatives within Care Services, including audit preparation and documentation updates.
- Integrate CSR principles into daily Care Services practices, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Support operational teams by proposing and implementing solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Affinity for the luxury sector, particularly jewelry and watchmaking.
- Proficiency in English and the full Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Autonomous work ethic and strong team collaboration skills.
Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Business, Engineering, or related field.
