Chaumet Assistant Project Manager, Architecture & Operational Support

- Assist project managers in translating Chaumet's values and aesthetics into innovative architectural concepts.
- Participate in the creative development of projects from sketching to detailed definition.
- Contribute to the research and specification of high-end materials and finishes in line with the brand's image and quality standards.
- Create detailed 3D models of architectural projects, integrating technical constraints and design requirements under the supervision of a project manager.
- Participate in the creation of photorealistic renderings and 3D plans for internal presentations.
- Manage import/export documentation, applying incoterms and ensuring smooth execution of EU/third-country shipments.
- Assist in the preparation of country-specific formalities documents and liaise between various company departments and external service providers.
- Engage with customs services and transporters, and manage samples, including reception, labeling, and dispatch.
- Draft meeting minutes and support the team with logistical and administrative tasks.
- Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Architecture (Master's, Architect Diploma, or equivalent) - Bac+3 or +4.
- Ideally, some experience (internships) in architecture, interior design, retail, or logistics/administration.
- Proficiency or strong interest in CAD/3D modeling software (Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer).
- Interest in architectural design and finishes.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel essential for tracking tables).
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (fluent in French and English).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, autonomous, and quick learner in various domains.
- Service-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Sense of confidentiality.
Entry-level, suitable for students or recent graduates with some internship experience.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Architecture.
