1. Actively participate in the improvement of jewelry products through Series Life projects.
2. Provide technical support for continuous improvement projects, focusing on reducing non-quality issues and optimizing manufacturing processes.
3. Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for product improvement and re-engineering.
4. Collaborate with the Quality and After-Sales Service teams to establish repair processes.
5. Ensure the update of standard jewelry documents, including CAD charters and design standards.
6. Define operational procedures for the use of industry tools and participate in the deployment of new tools such as RDM.
7. Create and manage technical manufacturing files, including 3D files, production plans, and manufacturing processes.
8. Validate and archive technical documents in the PLM system.
9. Verify and reference production elements using RFID software.
10. Manage the flow of physical manufacturing elements with various suppliers.
11. Participate in the inspection of discrepancies between physical pieces and their digital definitions.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, specializing in mechanics or materials, or project management.
2. Knowledge of CAD, project management, and problem-solving methodologies.
3. A keen interest in technical aspects and the jewelry manufacturing industry.
4. Initiative, curiosity, autonomy, and rigor.
5. Strong relational intelligence, listening skills, and pedagogical abilities.
6. Proficiency in English is mandatory; Italian is a plus.
7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Familiarity with industrial and jewelry manufacturing processes is advantageous.
