- Actively participate in the improvement of jewelry products through Series Life projects.
- Provide technical support for continuous improvement projects, focusing on reducing non-quality issues and optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for product improvement and re-engineering.
- Collaborate with the Quality and After-Sales Service teams to establish repair processes.
- Ensure the update of standard jewelry documents, including CAD charters and design standards.
- Define operational procedures for the use of industry tools and participate in the deployment of new tools such as RDM.
- Create and manage technical manufacturing files, including 3D files, production plans, and manufacturing processes.
- Validate and archive technical documents in the PLM system.
- Verify and reference production elements using RFID software.
- Manage the flow of physical manufacturing elements with various suppliers.
- Participate in the inspection of discrepancies between physical pieces and their digital definitions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, specializing in mechanics or materials, or project management.
- Knowledge of CAD, project management, and problem-solving methodologies.
- A keen interest in technical aspects and the jewelry manufacturing industry.
- Initiative, curiosity, autonomy, and rigor.
- Strong relational intelligence, listening skills, and pedagogical abilities.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; Italian is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with industrial and jewelry manufacturing processes is advantageous.
- Technical proficiency in CAD and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
