1. Actively participate in the enhancement of jewelry products through Series Life projects.
2. Lead the implementation of manufacturing process improvements with suppliers, managing action plans, schedules, and communication with all teams.
3. Provide technical support for Series Life projects, focusing on quality improvement, reduction of after-sales service returns, and optimization of manufacturing processes.
4. Analyze manufacturing processes to identify and apply potential improvements or re-engineering opportunities for Series Life products.
5. Develop repair processes in collaboration with the Quality Market and After-Sales Service team.
6. Compile technical manufacturing dossiers for developed pieces and update product data libraries.
7. Create or retrieve technical documents for manufacturing dossiers, including 3D files, manufacturing plans, production elements, and manufacturing processes.
8. Validate and archive technical dossier elements in the PLM system.
9. Participate in the verification and referencing of production elements using RFID software.
10. Manage the flow of physical manufacturing elements with various suppliers.
11. Ensure the updating of Chaumet's standard jewelry documents.
12. Participate in the control of discrepancies between pieces and their digital definitions.

1. Technical degree or higher (Bac+2/+3 to Bac+5) in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, or project management.
2. Proficiency in CAD and project management methodologies.
3. Strong interest in technical aspects and the jewelry manufacturing industry.
4. Ability to demonstrate initiative, curiosity, autonomy, and rigor.
5. Strong relational intelligence, listening skills, and pedagogical abilities.
6. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Familiarity with industrial and jewelry manufacturing processes is advantageous.
