Chaumet Assistant Data Performance & CSR

- Assist in the creation of Operations KPIs to measure overall performance across various departments.
- Inventory, map, and document data used by the department with the support of data BI consultants.
- Propose and construct a comprehensive Operations dashboard and metrics.
- Analyze KPIs and consolidate a global presentation report.
- Document indicators and processes to ensure sustainability of reports for contributors and users.
- Contribute to the construction of CSR data to ensure compliance with vigilance duties and environmental management standards.
- Inventory, map, and document CSR data in collaboration with Operations departments.
- Propose models to manage, organize, and standardize data.
- Clean and structure existing data, ensuring reliability of future data collection.
- Identify essential data quality criteria and relevant KPIs, consolidating a global report.
- Document and share indicators and developments with key internal users.
- Support the development of a 'marketplace' for operations data and conduct ad-hoc research as needed.
- Enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+4/5) in Business, Engineering, or equivalent university degree.
- Recognized for rigor, reliability, and organizational skills.
- Curious, dynamic, and adaptable.
- Strong affinity for numbers, data analysis, and understanding of data flows.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent listening, communication, and simplification abilities.
- Interest in the luxury sector and data management.
Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.
Pursuing or completed a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
Opportunity to work in a hybrid mode, combining remote and on-site work.
