Chaumet Assistant Data Performance & CSR

- Assist in the creation of Operations KPIs to measure overall and cross-functional performance.
- Inventory, map, and document departmental data with the support of data BI consultants and collaboration with Operations teams.
- Propose and construct a global Operations dashboard and metrics.
- Analyze KPIs and consolidate a comprehensive presentation report.
- Document indicators and processes to ensure report sustainability among contributors and users.
- Contribute to the construction of CSR Operations data for compliance and environmental management.
- Clean and structure existing data and ensure the reliability of future data collection.
- Identify essential data quality criteria and relevant KPIs and consolidate a global report.
- Document and share indicators and developments with internal key users to sustain solutions.
- Support the development of a 'marketplace' for operations data and conduct ad-hoc research as needed.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or an equivalent university program.
- Recognized for rigor, reliability, and organizational skills.
- Curious, dynamic, and adaptable.
- Strong affinity for numbers, data analysis, and understanding of data flows.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent listening, communication, and simplification abilities.
- Interest in the luxury sector and data management.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
