- Efficiently manage the complex schedule of the CMO, anticipating priorities and ensuring seamless organization.
- Meticulously organize business travel, ensuring efficiency and comfort.
- Prepare and coordinate key deadlines (Executive Committees, MarCom meetings), ensuring quality and relevance of deliverables.
- Create impactful presentations, adhering to graphic standards and deadlines.
- Serve as a primary interface with assistants of other executive committee members, fostering smooth information flow and collaboration.
- Initiate and implement events that promote team cohesion and development.
- Actively participate in the daily activities of the Marketing & Communication teams, facilitating communication and problem resolution.
- Act as a key information relay between teams, managers, and international subsidiaries, ensuring optimal project coordination.
- Contribute to the success of major annual launches by providing logistical and organizational support.
- Participate in external event projects, ensuring brand image consistency.
- Diligently follow internal procedures (ethics, compliance, inventories), ensuring adherence to the Maison's rules and values.
- Organize internal events that create connections and strengthen corporate culture.
- Compile and meticulously review documents for governing bodies (Executive Committee, CEO, LVMH), ensuring information quality and reliability.
- Engage in constructive exchanges with LVMH Group and the Watches & Jewelry Division on Marketing & Communication topics, contributing to synergy.
- Participate in Group initiatives, providing specific expertise and insights.
- Closely collaborate with managers and the Finance team to verify budget data and coordinate revisions.
- Synthesize financial information for the preparation of clear and concise presentations.
- Coordinate with the Master Data Manager to ensure the reliability and operability of digital tools.
- Manage uploads of packshots in the Digital Asset Management system, collaborating with marketing teams and external agencies.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Adaptability, organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate and manage priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and a high sense of service.
- Team spirit and a collective culture.
- Proactivity, reactivity, and versatility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of management tools (such as SAP).
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and rigor.
- Product sensitivity and an affinity for the jewelry and watchmaking universe.
- Fluency in English and French (both spoken and written).
A minimum of 10 years in a similar capacity, preferably within the luxury industry.
