1. Support the Boutique Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets by setting and leading sales strategies.
2. Utilize reports to analyze business results and propose action plans to reach targets.
3. Ensure achievement of KPIs for self and team.
4. Monitor staff behavior on the sales floor.
5. Manage clienteling efforts to develop long-term client relationships.
6. Lead and mentor the team to align with business strategy and meet sales goals.
7. Manage, coach, and motivate staff to achieve performance expectations.
8. Plan and publish monthly staff rosters.
9. Ensure staff grooming aligns with Chaumet guidelines.
10. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and transfers.
11. Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer complaints promptly.
12. Act as a brand ambassador in line with corporate guidelines.
13. Lead CRM efforts to acquire and maintain key customers.
14. Oversee visual merchandising and store maintenance.
15. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety guidelines.

1. At least 5+ years of luxury retail management experience.
2. Experience in the luxury jewelry sector is ideal.
3. Strong business acumen and leadership capability.

3. Understanding of all in-store retail operations.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.
