2. Identify and implement strategies for up-selling and cross-selling, focusing on iconic collections.
3. Enhance boutique efficiency, productivity, and profitability through insightful sales and KPI analysis.
4. Inspire and empower team members to achieve sales and service excellence.
5. Ensure flawless day-to-day operations, including boutique maintenance and service standards.
6. Assist the Boutique Manager in strategic decision-making and team development.
7. Monitor luxury market trends and competitor activities.
8. Develop and enrich a high-value client database to maximize engagement and long-term relationships.
9. Implement strategies to retain and upgrade clientele through personalized outreach.
10. Drive continuous improvement in client experience and elevate Mystery Shopper results.
11. Promote Chaumet's heritage and craftsmanship through storytelling and visual merchandising.
12. Embody and promote Chaumet's values, contributing to Maison projects.

1. 8-9 years of progressive luxury retail experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory/management role.
2. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
3. Fluent English required; fluency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
4. Strong commercial drive and goal-oriented mindset.
5. Excellent administrative and financial acumen.
6. Proficient in retail management systems.
7. Exceptional interpersonal and client-centric skills.
8. Proven strong leadership abilities.
