- Oversee the commercial development within the assigned region (Northern and Central Europe plus Export) in alignment with the strategic directives set by management.
- Implement the strategic plan for the designated area, ensuring the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
- Conduct necessary reporting for effective commercial activity and sales management, proposing corrective action plans as needed.
- Negotiate with key operators in the region regarding locations, commercial terms, investments, and growth objectives.
- Deploy tailored commercial actions to enhance sales, utilizing available tools effectively (CRM, incentives, etc.).
- Contribute to the creation of a marketing plan, implement marketing communication actions (events, product launches, visual merchandising), and manage budgets in collaboration with Operational Marketing Europe.
- Maintain an active commercial presence in the field to animate and develop the assigned region.
- Ensure brand visibility quality in each point of sale, adherence to defined assortments, and merchandising standards.
- Prospect, identify, and negotiate new point-of-sale openings in line with the brand's strategy and positioning.
- Conduct market competitive analysis (clients, prospects, competition).
- Regularly train distributors and resellers in the region, following the launch plan, with support from the Europe zone training manager.
- Supervise a Wholesale Assistant.
- Successful experience in a similar wholesale commercial role, with a minimum of 8 years in the luxury sector, ideally within jewelry.
- Result-driven with a strong business acumen, attentive to customer service, analytical, and proactive in commercial actions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, persuasive ability, and meticulousness.
- Dynamic, curious, adaptable, and enthusiastic with a passion for the luxury sector.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and French; Russian proficiency is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the luxury sector.
