Chaumet Agile Change Management Intern
Chaumet, a distinguished jeweler located in the heart of Place Vendôme, Paris, has been a leading force in the jewelry sector since 1780. - Assist in onboarding new team members within the Information Systems Department, including updating onboarding kits and presenting organizational structures and project governance templates.
- Consolidate project status reports for monthly reporting across the Information Systems Department.
- Support the coordination of omnichannel projects, aiding Project Managers in e-commerce and client domain activities.
- Facilitate project milestone tracking, adherence to timelines, and agile project management fundamentals.
- Support change management initiatives, including daily meetings, sprint planning, and agile tool usage such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Ensure project documentation and knowledge capitalization for secure end-to-end project management and operational support.
- Centralize and share documentation using internal tools like Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Communicate standards, developments, and best practices in project governance and management across the department.
- Act as a facilitator within the omnichannel community, ensuring adherence to defined governance and supporting meeting preparations and follow-ups.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on IT Project Management or Transformation.
- Ability to integrate into the IT team and interact with various stakeholders on diverse topics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal business teams and external partners.
- Organizational skills, rigor, and structured methodology.
- Autonomy and proactivity.
- Flexibility and agility in handling diverse tasks and potential priority shifts.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and tackle new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in French and English in an international context.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent, with ongoing Master's studies.
