1. Assist in the onboarding process for new team members within the IT department, including updating and consolidating onboarding materials.
2. Compile and update the monthly project status reports for the IT department.
3. Support the coordination of projects by aiding the two Project Managers in the Omnichannel domain, focusing on e-commerce and client areas.
4. Aid in project milestone tracking, ensuring adherence to timelines and agile project management fundamentals.
5. Facilitate change management by supporting the implementation of agile practices such as daily meetings, sprint planning, and reviews.
6. Ensure comprehensive documentation and knowledge management to secure end-to-end project management, maintenance, and operational support.
7. Centralize and disseminate documentation using internal tools like Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
8. Communicate standards, developments, and best practices in project governance to the IT department and broader teams.
9. Act as a facilitator within the Omnichannel community, ensuring adherence to defined governance and contributing to meeting preparations and follow-ups.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on IT Project Management or Transformation.
