- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members within the IT department, including updating and consolidating onboarding materials.
- Compile and update the monthly project status reports for the IT department.
- Support the coordination of projects by aiding the two Project Managers in the Omnichannel domain, focusing on e-commerce and client areas.
- Aid in project milestone tracking, ensuring adherence to timelines and agile project management fundamentals.
- Facilitate change management by supporting the implementation of agile practices such as daily meetings, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation and knowledge management to secure end-to-end project management, maintenance, and operational support.
- Centralize and disseminate documentation using internal tools like Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Communicate standards, developments, and best practices in project governance to the IT department and broader teams.
- Act as a facilitator within the Omnichannel community, ensuring adherence to defined governance and contributing to meeting preparations and follow-ups.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on IT Project Management or Transformation.
- Ability to integrate into the IT team and interact with various stakeholders on diverse topics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal business teams and external partners.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and methodological approach.
- Autonomy and proactivity.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks and priorities.

- Proficiency in both French and English in an international context.
