Chaumet After-Sales Service Coordination Assistant

- Coordinate after-sales service operations, working closely with the Care operational team to interface with Retail and Wholesale markets and workshops.
- Diagnose service needs, evaluate intervention requests, analyze defects, and confirm diagnostics in collaboration with the quality service.
- Manage client portfolios (Retail/Wholesale), maintaining constant communication to inform clients of case progress, assist with after-sales issues, and provide necessary technical details.
- Oversee after-sales service portfolio, including tracking progress, preparing estimates, and following interventions through to completion and billing.
- Ensure compliance with after-sales procedures and service commitments to clients, providing operational backup as needed.
- Oversee logistical flow management, ensuring proper handling of shipments in collaboration with suppliers and stores.
- Prepare physical and digital shipments, adhering to transport plans and customs regulations in coordination with import/export and logistics services.
- Communicate necessary information to warehouse, transport, and customs services.
- Collaborate with the Administrative Coordinator on daily administrative tasks, including monthly and general inventories.
- Manage spare parts orders from creation to billing, support purchase order closure, and invoice transmission in SAP.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac +2/3) in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Previous experience (internship or apprenticeship) in Commerce, Retail, Sales Administration, or Logistics is ideal.
- Professional proficiency in English.
