Chaumet After-Sales Coordination Assistant Intern

- Coordinate after-sales service operations in collaboration with the Care operational team, liaising with Retail and Wholesale markets and workshops.
- Diagnose service needs, evaluate intervention requests, analyze defects, and confirm diagnostics in collaboration with the quality service.
- Manage client portfolios, maintaining constant communication to inform them of case progress, assist with after-sales commercial issues, and provide necessary technical details.
- Oversee after-sales service portfolio, including case tracking, quotation preparation, and intervention follow-up until case closure and billing.
- Ensure compliance with after-sales procedures and service commitments to clients, providing operational backup.
- Manage logistical flow, ensuring proper handling of shipments related to clients and spare parts, in coordination with suppliers and stores.
- Implement transport plans and customs regulations, coordinating with import/export and logistics services.
- Collaborate on administrative management tasks, including monthly and general inventories, order management from creation to billing, and support in purchase order closure and valuation in SAP.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac +2/3) in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience (internship or apprenticeship) in Commerce, Retail, Sales Administration, or Logistics is preferred.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with SAP and/or Salesforce is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners, ideally with some internship or apprenticeship experience in relevant fields.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
