- Maintain workplace data and dashboards, ensuring information is current.
- Coordinate with Facilities Management for workplace repairs and maintenance.
- Issue Purchase Orders and monitor office supply expenses for budgeting purposes.
- Support new staff onboarding, including office tours and administration of security access.
- Perform ad-hoc duties related to workplace management as necessary.
- Collaborate with the People Experience team to implement employee wellness initiatives and ensure effective communication on workplace matters.
- Multiple years of experience in workplace operations or facilities management with a proven track record.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and partnerships with stakeholders.
- Open-mindedness and innovative thinking.
- Fluency in spoken English and Cantonese.
Proven experience in workplace operations or facilities management, with an understanding of current market trends.
