Chanel Working Student — Fashion (Boutique)

1. Assist boutique sales advisors in delivering an elevated client experience through attentive, discreet service and personalised clienteling.
2. Support day-to-day sales operations including POS transactions, gift-wrapping, returns processing and accurate cash handling.
3. Maintain boutique presentation: implement visual merchandising directives, refresh displays and ensure impeccable housekeeping of product and stock areas.
4. Manage inbound/outbound stock: receive deliveries, perform stock counts, tag merchandise and liaise with inventory control.
5. Update and maintain client records using the boutique CRM; prepare client communications and appointment follow-ups.
6. Support boutique events and private client appointments, including logistics, set-up and on-site guest service.
7. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting sales activity and coordinating with the store management team to ensure operational continuity.

1. Current enrolment in a university degree programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) — student status required.
2. Availability to work part-time (typically up to 20 hours per week) with flexibility for weekend and evening shifts.
3. Excellent interpersonal presentation and a strong client-service mindset appropriate to a luxury environment.
4. Right to work in Germany and ability to commute to the Hamburg boutique.
