1. Serve as the primary Workday point of contact for the US, facilitating communication between local teams and the Global People Solutions team.
2. Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and contribute to strategic planning and growth.
3. Increase user proficiency and confidence through effective training and support.
4. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met, resulting in a seamless employee experience.
5. Implement scalable Workday solutions that support the company’s growth and expansion.
6. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
7. Manage and lead change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems.
8. Provide insights to global leads based on user needs and experiences to enhance the overall Workday experience.
9. Partner with People Analytics to improve data accuracy and reliability through audit systems and validation processes.

1. Minimum 3 years of Workday Administrator experience with cloud SaaS HR applications.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
3. Experience in a global people organization preferred.

1. Strong proficiency in Workday configuration, customization, and functionality.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong project management skills.
4. Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
5. Experience in providing training and support to end-users.
6. Flexibility and adaptability to stay current with Workday updates and industry best practices.
7. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data integrity.

Minimum 3 years of Workday Administrator experience with cloud SaaS HR applications.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $61,400-$115,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay may be offered, including bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
