- Serve as the primary Workday point of contact for the US, facilitating communication between local teams and the Global People Solutions team.
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and contribute to strategic planning and growth.
- Increase user proficiency and confidence through effective training and support.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met, resulting in a seamless employee experience.
- Implement scalable Workday solutions that support the company’s growth and expansion.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage and lead change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems.
- Provide insights to global leads based on user needs and experiences to enhance the overall Workday experience.
- Partner with People Analytics to improve data accuracy and reliability through audit systems and validation processes.
- Minimum 3 years of Workday Administrator experience with cloud SaaS HR applications.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience in a global people organization preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Workday configuration, customization, and functionality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in providing training and support to end-users.
- Flexibility and adaptability to stay current with Workday updates and industry best practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data integrity.
Minimum 3 years of Workday Administrator experience with cloud SaaS HR applications.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $61,400-$115,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay may be offered, including bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
