Chanel Wholesale Operations Project Assistant Intern

- Coordinate the orchestration, monitoring, and analysis of quality visits for wholesale and department stores.
- Prepare visit schedules and oversee the execution of quality visit waves.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of visit waves and update the quality visit guide.
- Manage the update project for the quality visit grid and serve as the main contact between field, headquarters, and service providers.
- Analyze B2B visits and B2C passages by zone and brand, and create newsletters for passage updates.
- Support the operational follow-up of the 'Appreciation Sheet 2026' campaign, including KPI updates and participation in FA committees.
- Assist in managing B2C engine means and personal allocations for wholesale and department stores.
- Participate in the development of analyses and presentations for sales force seminars and manage the dispatch of experience tools to field teams.
- Pursuing a higher education degree equivalent to BAC+4/BAC+5.
- Strong interest in field operations and a good understanding of the Parfums Beauté sector.
- Dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Recognized for rigor, organization, and service orientation.
- Proficient in office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in French.
No specific experience required, but a keen interest in the luxury beauty sector is essential.
Pursuing a higher education degree equivalent to BAC+4/BAC+5.
