Chanel Wholesale Image Project Coordinator

- Coordinate the opening, closing, and renovation of retail outlets across the network, adhering to Chanel's permanent merchandising guidelines.
- Oversee operational follow-ups with internal teams (commercial, field, Europe) and external partners (retailers, service providers).
- Manage furniture maintenance and analyze decorator interventions to ensure execution excellence.
- Serve as the merchandising reference for retailers, defining customer journeys and adapting in-store concepts.
- Analyze field feedback to propose visibility optimizations.
- Participate in negotiations with retailers to ensure optimal brand presence.
- Assist in the national deployment of new furniture, including prioritizing points of sale, coordinating logistics, and installation follow-up.
- Manage project communication with retailers, commercial, and field teams.
- Collaborate on improving park management tools and deploying new operational processes.
- Monitor merchandising project budgets and conduct regular field tours and competitive analyses.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably Bac +5 or equivalent.
- Experience in project management, marketing, merchandising, trade marketing, or sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Adaptability and problem-solving orientation.
Previous experience in project management, marketing, merchandising, trade marketing, or sales is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably Bac +5 or equivalent.
