1. Lead the development of new customer relationships by converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients through engaging and dynamic presentations of watches and fine jewelry.
2. Enhance the client experience by delivering prompt, professional, and courteous service, consistently exceeding client expectations.
3. Cultivate genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
4. Demonstrate a proactive attitude to continually elevate service levels.
5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding aftersales.
6. Maintain visual standards in collaboration with the watches and fine jewelry category manager and regional visual merchandising team.
7. Participate in cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory management of watches and fine jewelry.

1. Minimum 3 years of related experience in a luxury retail or client-facing role.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
3. High School Diploma or equivalent.

4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

A minimum of three years in a luxury retail environment or a relevant client-facing role, with a demonstrated ability to engage a diverse client base and achieve sales targets.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $36.00 to $38.50. Additional compensation, benefits, and perks are available.
