1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients through creating energy and excitement around the watches and fine jewelry category.
2. Optimize and elevate the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.
3. Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
4. Demonstrate a proactive attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding aftersales.
6. Maintain visual standards in collaboration with the watches and fine jewelry category manager and regional visual merchandising team.
7. Participate in cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory management of watches and fine jewelry.

1. Minimum 3 years of related experience in a luxury retailer or relevant client-facing role.
2. Proven success in achieving sales goals.
3. Minimum High School Diploma.
4. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
5. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Expertise in watches and fine jewelry.
2. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
3. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for client experience and development.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

Minimum 3 years of related experience in a luxury retailer or relevant client-facing role with a diverse client base.

Minimum High School Diploma.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $36.00 to $38.50. Base salary is one component of the total compensation, which may include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
