- Develop a comprehensive training curriculum for the Watches & Fine Jewelry division that aligns with business objectives and identifies key areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment with global strategies and manage the annual training budget effectively.
- Oversee the execution of training programs, focusing on product knowledge, service standards, and the Chanel selling ceremony.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, making continuous improvements.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of training material translations, collaborating with translators and proofreaders.
- Create engaging in-boutique training materials and digital learning content, including e-learning modules and videos.
- Motivate and inspire boutique staff to engage with learning opportunities and embody Chanel's brand values.
- Foster partnerships with other functions such as Retail, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising to ensure cohesive training approaches.
- Support promotional events by providing on-the-ground training and acting as a brand ambassador.
- Manage and guide Retail L&D Partners to maintain coherence in messaging and standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of education.
- Proven track record in training and development within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
- Agility and discretion in managing change and ambiguity.
- Innovative, proactive, and customer-oriented approach.
- Effective communication skills in Korean and English.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the fashion, watches & jewelry, or luxury retail industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of education.
