1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.

5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury retail or relevant client-facing role.
2. High school degree or equivalent.
3. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
4. Proven success in achieving sales goals.

1. Strong ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
4. Foreign language skills, particularly Mandarin, are preferred.
5. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within Chanel.

At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a relevant client-facing role such as hospitality.

The anticipated hourly base salary range for this position is $27.30 to $35.00, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay.
