1. Lead the development of new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
3. Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
4. Demonstrate a can-do attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum of 3 years related experience in a luxury retailer or relevant client-facing role.
2. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
3. Proven success in achieving sales goals.
4. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
5. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
6. High School Degree minimum.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills (Mandarin) are preferred but not required.
5. Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
6. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally.

Minimum of 3 years related experience in a luxury retailer or relevant client-facing role such as hospitality.

High School Degree minimum.

The anticipated hourly base salary range for this position is $27.30 through $35.00. Other forms of variable pay may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
