1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
3. Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
4. Demonstrate a proactive attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a luxury retail or relevant client-facing role.
2. High School Degree minimum.
3. Proven success in achieving sales goals.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

A minimum of three years of experience in luxury retail or a relevant client-facing role such as hospitality is required.

High School Degree minimum.

The anticipated hourly base salary range for this position is $27.30-$34.29. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
