- Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
- Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
- Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
- Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
- Support the boutique team during selling ceremonies to drive success around the product and brand.
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in a luxury retailer or relevant client-facing role such as hospitality.
- Proven success in achieving sales goals.
- Proficient knowledge of the Beverly Hills and surrounding LA communities and organizations.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of Chanel.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a luxury retail environment or a relevant client-facing role such as hospitality is required.
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $27.70 to $40. Additional forms of variable pay may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
