1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
3. Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
4. Demonstrate a proactive attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
6. Support the boutique team during selling ceremonies to drive success around the product and brand.

1. Minimum of 3 years professional experience in a luxury retailer or relevant client-facing role such as hospitality.
2. Proven success in achieving sales goals.
3. Proficient knowledge of the Beverly Hills and surrounding LA communities and organizations.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.

2. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
3. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
5. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of Chanel.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a luxury retail environment or a relevant client-facing role such as hospitality is required.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $27.70 to $40. Additional forms of variable pay may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
