1. Lead the development of new clientele by converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.
3. Build and maintain genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful outreach.
4. Exceed client expectations by demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury retail or client-facing role.
2. High School Degree or equivalent.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Strong understanding of client experience and passion for luxury retail.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

High School Degree or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly base salary range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00. Additional variable pay components may include bonuses and other incentives.
