- Maximize and support all sales opportunities while upholding Chanel's standards for Watches and Fine Jewellery.
- Collaborate with Chanel Fashion Advisors to guide clients through the Watches and Fine Jewellery universe, fostering strong partner relationships.
- Drive the Watches and Fine Jewellery business with a focus on client experience and sales.
- Create exceptional client experiences by identifying their needs and preferences, and sharing brand stories and product expertise.
- Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills to optimize sales across all categories, including high-end watches and high jewellery.
- Act as the Watches and Fine Jewellery expert when collaborating with Fashion Advisors.
- Maintain awareness of company and boutique sales targets, working towards commercial objectives and unit targets.
- Collaborate with management, head office, and team members to support local events.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks, adhering to procedures and policies.
- Assist with regular stock level checks and ensure high-level aftersales care through attentive follow-up.
- Maintain knowledge of current merchandising guidelines and uphold set standards.
- 3+ years of luxury retail selling experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Knowledge of operational standards and tasks.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Professional presentation and behavior.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail selling, preferably within a similar role or customer service environment.
