- Drive exceptional client experiences while achieving sales targets.

- Ensure boutique staffing aligns with Chanel grooming guidelines and maintain an inviting environment.
- Cultivate a client-centric culture, nurturing loyalty and recruiting new clients.
- Collaborate with Fashion Advisors to ensure a seamless client journey across product categories.
- Deliver personalized service to VIP clients and maintain strong client relationships.

- Develop the High-End Jewellery and Watch business with key clients.
- Coach the team in sales and partnership strategies to grow the business.
- Leverage marketing and events to build the client base and drive boutique traffic.
- Ensure compliance with company policies on security, payments, and returns.
- Manage inventory control and prevent discrepancies or loss.
- Collaborate with Head Office on merchandise-related issues and visual merchandising.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance team skills and client relationship management.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience and 5 years in selling watches and fine jewellery.
- Proven track record in business development with a focus on long-term client relationships.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Passion for luxury retail and client service excellence.
