1. Maximize and support all sales opportunities while maintaining Chanel standards for Watches and Fine Jewelry (W&FJ).
2. Collaborate with Chanel Fashion Advisors to guide clients through the Watches and Fine Jewelry universe.
3. Drive the Watches and Fine Jewelry business with a focus on client experience and sales.
4. Establish client needs and preferences, sharing brand stories and product expertise.
5. Apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills to maximize sales opportunities across all categories, including high-end watches and high jewelry.
6. Act as the Watch and Fine Jewelry expert when collaborating with Fashion Advisors.
7. Maintain awareness of company and boutique sales targets, working towards commercial objectives and goals.
8. Collaborate with management, head office, and team members to support local events.
9. Complete necessary administration, adhering to procedures and policies.
10. Assist with regular stock level checks and ensure high-level aftersales care.
11. Maintain knowledge of current merchandising guidelines and set standards.

1. 3+ years of luxury retail selling experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
2. Knowledge of operational standards and tasks.
3. Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.

3+ years of experience in luxury retail selling, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.

Competitive compensation with a base salary of 80-85k CAD annually plus incentives.
