Chanel Watch and Fine Jewelry Quality Control Coordinator

- Conduct quality control on incoming and outgoing stock and repair goods for Fine Jewelry and Watches.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure adherence to company quality standards.
- Manage local repair processes, including in-house and external workshops, for Watch and Fine Jewelry Boutiques.
- Support Les Atelier services with training and issue resolution related to repairs.
- Oversee repair goods management using internal systems such as CASS and SAVE.
- Handle spare part management, ordering, and inventory control through internal POS, AX, or A/S systems.
- Coordinate logistics arrangements for all incoming and outgoing shipments, including stock, consignment, and repairs for Fine Jewelry.
- Conduct bi-annual stock taking of Les Atelier Watch and Fine Jewelry workshop with the team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year university.
- GIA certification is advantageous.
- Completion of academic courses in Jewelry making or a major in Jewelry design is preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a client-centric mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and adaptable to new systems.
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
2-3 years of solid experience in quality control and defective repair management within the Watch and Fine Jewelry sector, preferably with high-end brands.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
