1. Coordinate visual merchandising standards within the boutique during operating hours and events.
2. Supervise the implementation and maintenance of visual merchandising guidelines, including window installations and the use of fixtures, selling tools, and mannequins.
3. Communicate visual merchandising directions and guidelines to Image Ambassadors and boutique management.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with Boutique Management to ensure merchandise initiatives align with business needs.
5. Coordinate the movement and storage of display elements with the Visual Merchandise Manager.
6. Ensure windows and selling floors are regularly merchandised following guidelines between floor sets, window installations, and collection launches.
7. Capture photographs of the boutique after floor and window sets for maintenance and submission to the Global Image Team.
8. Work independently with minimal supervision, owning projects and delivering timely results.

1. Minimum associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a luxury brand.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and email applications.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of fashion styling, merchandising, and visual display.
3. Experience with digital photography and project execution using phone applications.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
6. Understanding of and passion for client experience.

A minimum of 2 years in a similar position or higher, preferably with a luxury brand.

Associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or a related field.

The anticipated base salary range is $70,000 to $99,000, with potential for bonuses and other forms of variable pay.
