- Ensure visibility of collections in Retail Boutiques and Wholesale Points of Sale.
- Support European markets daily, maintaining brand image consistency with Artistic Direction guidelines.
- Coordinate with other Watches and Fine Jewelry Europe departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Distribution Performance.
- Monitor and control visibility in Retail Boutiques and Wholesale Points of Sale.
- Consolidate market briefs and contribute to the creation of guidelines for European markets.
- Manage operational aspects of European Point of Sale animations, including guideline sharing, recommendations, and local production support.
- Analyze performance of European Point of Sale animations.
- Coordinate orders and monitor referenced POS materials according to the European VM plan.
- Participate in the development of specific European POS materials.
- Oversee and track VM decor between warehouse and markets.
- Orchestrate deployment calendars for launches and animations according to the European VM plan.
- Support markets and provide VM recommendations for implementing International guidelines.
- Animate various communities with updates on VM Europe.
- Share best practices across different markets.
- Student in a business school or equivalent university program.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or visual merchandising.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Versatility and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
A first experience in the luxury sector, particularly in retail or visual merchandising, is required.
Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program.
