1. Develop visual merchandising guidelines for retail environments, ensuring alignment with international merchandising strategies across Fragrances, Skincare, and Makeup.
2. Ensure visual merchandising coherence with campaign themes, brand codes, commercial strategies, and operational challenges of retail locations.
3. Create visual merchandising guidelines using 3D tools and layout software.
4. Develop technical books for global markets.
5. Participate in marketing brief meetings.
6. Assist in boutique, showroom installations, and field tours.
7. Oversee production of models and prototypes.
8. Contribute to photo shoots.
9. Conduct competitive and prospective analysis.

1. Currently enrolled in a visual merchandising or applied arts program, BAC+4 or BAC+5

1. Proficiency in Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
2. Knowledge of 3D software SketchUp and V-ray rendering software is advantageous
3. Aesthetic and artistic sensitivity
4. Curiosity, organization, autonomy, dynamism, and strong interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in written English

No prior professional experience required, suitable for students in relevant fields.

Currently pursuing a degree in visual merchandising or applied arts.
