- Ensure visual consistency of assets across all platforms in adherence to the brand's graphic charter.
- Align with content strategies to ensure designs reinforce brand messaging.
- Collaborate closely with the senior design project manager to align on VM Education projects.
- Manage design timelines and ensure deliverables meet project deadlines.
- Oversee back-office operations, including content implementation and collection launches on a dedicated digital VM platform.
- Participate in the operational organization of Visual Merchandising training sessions to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in the creation of content with the team’s project managers for internal VM events and programs.
- Support event organization related to programs in collaboration with partner schools, both graphically and physically.
- Aid in managing and tracking schedules, anticipating and resolving last-minute issues.
- Significant experience in graphic design, preferably in the luxury, watchmaking, or fashion sectors.
- Advanced graphic design skills with proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote, Office 365, and the Office Suite; knowledge of After Effects and Figma is a plus.
- High creativity paired with an innovative and curious mindset, along with excellent listening, analytical, and synthesis skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and the creation of assets for orchestrating creative and innovative campaigns.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to work effectively in an international context.
Significant experience in graphic design, preferably within the luxury, watchmaking, or fashion industries.
