1. Adapt global design concepts into Sketch-Up and V-Ray formats tailored for the European market.
2. Collaborate on boutique animations and events such as Collection Celebrations and Private Viewings.
3. Create guidelines and documentation for visual merchandising projects.
4. Compile photo reports following each collection launch.
5. Oversee production and delivery of décor elements, including the sampling process.
6. Inspect installations and provide feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
7. Evaluate supplier performance in collaboration with VM teams after each launch.

1. Experience in window decor design, architecture, or VM production.

1. Proficiency in Sketch-Up, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
2. Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
3. Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and departments.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Strong interest in fashion, interior design, and architecture.

Relevant experience in visual merchandising, architecture, or design production is required.
