1. Maintain and enhance the brand image within the boutique to elevate the client experience.
2. Facilitate the selling process by managing mannequins, replenishing items, and making display substitutions as needed.
3. Serve as the primary visual merchandising contact in the absence of the VM Lead.
4. Support operations team with product preparation for floor moves and collection launches.
5. Update digital photo files for visual merchandising maintenance.
6. Document window items for the selling team's reference.
7. Assist in the implementation of events, sales, and seasonal installations.
8. Communicate effectively with boutique selling team and management.
9. Work independently with minimal supervision.

1. Minimum of 2 years of related experience in visual merchandising or retail operations.
2. Basic knowledge of retail operations, display, and merchandising.
3. Experience with basic computer software and digital photography.
4. Ability to work on a ladder and lift 30-40 lbs.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field is required.

Minimum associate degree, preferably in a fashion-related major.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $24.00 to $28.00. Additional variable pay, bonuses, and benefits may be offered.
