Chanel Visual Merchandising Associate

- Maintain and elevate the brand image within the Boutique to enhance the client experience.
- Facilitate the selling process by assisting Fashion Advisors with mannequin changes, product replenishment, and display adjustments.
- Serve as the primary contact for visual merchandising in the absence of the VM Lead.
- Support the Operations team with product preparation for floor moves and collection launches.
- Update digital photo files for visual merchandising maintenance.
- Keep documentation of window items current for the selling team's reference.
- Assist in the implementation of events, sales, seasonal installs, and corporate initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with the boutique selling team and management.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in visual merchandising or retail operations.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, display, and merchandising.
- Experience with basic computer software and digital photography.
- Minimum associate degree, preferably in a fashion-related field.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills preferred.
- Passion for Chanel's history, products, and social initiatives.
- Curiosity and desire for professional growth within Chanel.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising or retail operations is required.
Minimum associate degree, preferably in a fashion-related major.
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $24.00 to $28.00. Additional compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other perks.
