- Execute and maintain Chanel visual merchandising standards for the Rodeo Drive boutique, including window displays, in‑store vignettes and mannequin styling.
- Translate seasonal creative briefs and visual concepts into accurate, on‑brand installations that optimize product storytelling and client engagement.
- Coordinate with the store management and regional visual merchandising team to schedule installations, deliveries and take‑downs while minimising disruption to sales operations.
- Prepare, dress and style mannequins and product presentations to showcase assortment, proportion and outfit narrative.
- Maintain display props, fixtures and backstock; perform light rigging, assembly and safe use of hand tools as required.
- Monitor merchandise condition and rotation to ensure presentation integrity; implement signage, pricing and promotional materials according to brand guidelines.
- Perform daily upkeep of windows and selling floor to preserve pristine presentation throughout trading hours.
- Contribute to visual audits and provide feedback to VM leadership on fixture needs, prop inventory and local market trends.
- Proven experience executing retail visual merchandising, ideally 1–3 years within luxury fashion, accessories or beauty.
- Keen aesthetic sensibility with a rigorous attention to proportion, color and composition.
- Demonstrated ability to translate creative concepts into finished displays while adhering to strict brand standards.
- Physical capability to lift, climb ladders and perform installation tasks; comfortable using basic hand tools.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; reliable time management and punctuality.
- Professional presentation and a client‑centric approach appropriate to a high‑end boutique environment.
