Chanel Visual Merchandising Associate

- Maintain the brand image in the boutique to elevate client experience and facilitate the selling process.
- Expedite the selling process by changing mannequins, replenishing items, and making display substitutions as needed.
- Act as the point of contact for the store in the absence of the Visual Merchandising Lead.
- Support operations team with product preparation for floor moves and collection launches.
- Update digital photo files for visual merchandising maintenance.
- Keep documentation of window items current for the selling team's reference.
- Assist in the implementation of events, sales, seasonal installs, and corporate events.
- Communicate effectively with the boutique selling team and management.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in visual merchandising or retail operations.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, display, and merchandising.
- Experience in basic computer software and digital photography.
- Ability to work on a ladder and lift 30 – 40 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Appreciation for art, beauty, and luxury.
Minimum 2 years of related experience in visual merchandising or retail operations.
Minimum associate degree, preferably in a fashion-related major.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $24.50 to $28 per hour. Additional compensation may include bonus potential, benefits, and perks.
