- Ensure the visibility of collections in Retail Boutiques and Wholesale Points of Sale across Europe.
- Support European markets in maintaining brand image consistency in line with Artistic Direction guidelines.
- Coordinate with other departments within the Watches and Fine Jewelry division, including Marketing, Operations, and Distribution Performance.
- Monitor and control visibility in Retail Boutiques and Wholesale Points of Sale.
- Consolidate market briefs and contribute to the creation of guidelines for European markets.
- Manage operational aspects of Point of Sale animations, including guideline sharing and local production support.
- Analyze the performance of Point of Sale animations in Europe.
- Coordinate orders and track referenced POS materials according to the European VM plan.
- Participate in the development of specific European POS materials.
- Oversee and track VM decor from warehouse to markets.
- Orchestrate deployment calendars for launches and animations according to the European VM plan.
- Support markets and provide VM recommendations for implementing International guidelines.
- Animate various communities with updates on VM Europe.
- Share best practices among diverse markets.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or visual merchandising.
- Strong organizational skills and versatility.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with other teams.
- Fluent in English with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Aesthetic sensibility and interest in Retail Design and Visual Merchandising.
A first experience in the luxury sector, particularly in retail or visual merchandising, is required.
Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program.
