- Ensure visibility of collections in Retail Boutiques and Wholesale Points of Sale during launches and campaigns.
- Support European markets daily, ensuring brand image consistency with Artistic Direction guidelines.
- Coordinate actions with other European Watch and Fine Jewelry departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Distribution Performance.
- Monitor and control visibility in Retail Boutiques and Wholesale Points of Sale.
- Consolidate market briefs and assist in creating guidelines for European markets.
- Manage operational aspects of Point of Sale animations in Europe, including sharing guidelines and supporting local production and installation.
- Analyze performance of Point of Sale animations in Europe.
- Coordinate orders and monitor referenced POS materials according to the European VM plan.
- Participate in the development of specific European POS materials.
- Manage and track European VM decor between warehouse and markets.
- Orchestrate deployment calendars for launches and animations according to the European VM plan.
- Support markets and provide VM recommendations for implementing International guidelines.
- Animate various communities on VM Europe updates and share best practices across markets.
- Student in business school or equivalent university program with initial experience in luxury retail or visual merchandising.
- Recognized for organizational skills, versatility, and rigor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with other teams.
- Fluent in English with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Aesthetic sense and interest in Retail Design and Visual Merchandising trends.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment managing multiple operational projects.
- Interest in the Watch and Jewelry sector.
Initial experience in luxury retail or visual merchandising is required.
Student in business school or equivalent university program.
